The ENSIS fiber laser cutting unit is the "work horse" of the metal fabrication cutting industry for steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. Mechanically designed & built for long service life with minimal maintenance, thin to thick material cutting and a 1 second pierce time on 1" thick material. Purchase with single shuttle table or complete automation with multiple racking systems. This is one of many laser cutting options.
Outperform conventional Mig/Tig robotic welders with the FLW ENSISe. With a rotating lens, the laser beam is no longer aligned with a specific point along the target path — instead it circles within a small area as it is welding. This allows it to bridge larger and uneven gap sizes while producing a clean, even weld. This equates to FASTER welding, LESS deformation, and LESS secondary processing.
